Question 1

Do my customers need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Customers simply scan a QR code with their phone's camera or browser — no app download required.

Question 2

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

About 2 minutes. Create an account, pick a plan, and your QR code is ready to print or display.

Question 3

Does this work for my type of business?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cafés, salons, gyms, and any local business with repeat customers can use MyDigiStamp.

Question 4

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every card can be branded with your business logo and chosen accent colour.

Question 5

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately, with no data lost.

Question 6

What happens after my 30-day free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

We email reminders 7 days, 3 days, and on the day your trial ends — each one shows your plan, the monthly price and an 'Add payment method' button. After 30 days you also get a 3-day grace period: everything still works. If you don't add a card in that window, your account is paused: new stamps and new customers are blocked, but you keep full access to the Billing panel, data export (CSV and JSON) and logout. Your data and customer cards stay visible — adding a card restores everything immediately.

Question 7

Can I use this if I also sell online?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our Premium plan connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, or works manually for sales via social media.

Question 8

Is my data and my customers' data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Passwords are encrypted, two-factor authentication is available, and all processing follows UK GDPR. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Question 9

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no long-term contract, directly from your account settings.

Question 10

What if I have more than 100 customers?

Accepted Answer

The Starter plan covers up to 100. Simply upgrade to Unlimited for unlimited customers — your data carries over automatically.

Question 11

What happens to my customers' data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings before closing your account.

Question 12

Is support available if I get stuck?

Accepted Answer

Yes — reach us anytime through the contact form on this page. We typically reply within one business day.
